Worry Free Maintenance

When you finance a truckmounted machine with Interlink Financial Services, that you purchased through a participating* Interlink Supply Affiliate, you receive two years of Worry Free Maintenance AT NO COST.

In order to keep your machine in excellent running condition, the manufacturer of your machine recommends a maintenance schedule to be performed every 100 hours.

Interlink Financial Services will pay your participating Interlink Supply Affiliate to perform this service.

The Worry Free Maintenance includes:

50 Hour Break-In Maintenance
Completed after the initial 50 hours of machine use.

• Change engine oil & oil filter
• Change High Pressure Water Pump oil
• Run and test truckmount

100 Hour Maintenance
Completed at 100 Hour Intervals up to 6 times per year.

• Change engine oil & oil filer
• Check belts and adjust tension
• Check and adjust engine RPM (as needed)
• Lubricate pressure regulators
• Check engine governor oil level
• Inspect battery & clean terminals
• Check all fluid levels
• Runs and test truckmount

200 Hour Maintenance
Completed at 200 hour intervals up to 6 times per year.

• Perform all services listed in 100 Hour Maintenance
• Clean air filter
• Clean and gap spark plugs
• Check radiator hoses and clamps
• Check fuel pump, hoses and wiring

The Worry Free Maintenance does not include repairs. It has been designed to identify a problem before it leaves you broken down in the field.

*Not all Interlink Supply Affiliates participate in the Worry Free Maintenance Program.
